Hello!
I am really uncertain at this point what “topic” I would like to focus on. I’m going to work on setting up my google reader a little more efficiently, and then hopefully something will strike my fancy! So, the plan is to have a real post up by Thursday!

Kati,
Not a bad start so far, though you still need a class blogroll, and more importantly, a topic for this blog.
Remember, your opening post should explain your purpose/focus and identify the feeds that will inform your writing/thinking.
If you are at a loss for a topic, you might try identifying issues that are relevant to adolescents–mental health, peer pressure, etc.
